- There are only three things that are certain in life… death, taxes, and a fire B case. The first case of the year that holds only 2025 cars (A case contains a bunch of 2024s) did not disappoint.
- Starting off with the super of the case, the Merc makes me go berserk (I say that with a smirk) in the best way. I was fortunate enough to actually find one of these. For some reason (probably because of how similar they look) I had confused the super of this case. I thought I was looking for the purple passion (lol). I was removing the flimsy cardboard separator like Charlie slowly unwrapped his Wonka bar. I didn’t know the golden Ticket would be underneath. But as soon as I got to the bottom half of the case, I knew I had struck gold (or purple). The spectraflame purple shone brightly, standing out among the lower 36. Pictures don’t do this paint justice. I love the rims on this super as well. Definitely a candidate for $oup of the year.
- Moving on to the Treasure Hunt, the Fish’d & Chip’d does not disappoint. I like how it is similar in style to it’s treasure hunt case counterpart. And for those curious, to fish and chip a car, is a British term for chopping the hood and lowering it.
- The BRZ is a beauty that I will definitely be modding in the near future. We also see another opportunity to grab a skyline and a civic (I hope your local pegs and bins offer more opportunity for these than mine.)
- We also get to learn that there is a mustang series coming out (LFG) and it debuts a silver GTO. Straight to the point and she’s a beauty.
- The Mazda Repu is simple yet elegant. I am a big fan of the Japanese style art on this livery.
- The best of the rest: For all you nerds out there (present company included) we get Mario’s Standard Kart and a Star Wars Land Speeder. This is a really deep case. I’m sure there are a lot of people that are gonna love the Riviera, El Camino and Proton Saga more than I do. There’s also a solid Ram rebel.
- Overall, this case has a SPECTACULAR super, a great TH, a strong top 5, and overall a deep case.
